All FOREFACT products are digital: guides, Founder Stories, Programs and bundles. You receive them as a download immediately after payment. Below you can read what this means for your right of withdrawal and how you may use your files.
What you agree to

I want to receive the guide immediately after payment and I understand that my right of withdrawal then lapses.
By doing so, you expressly agree that FOREFACT delivers your digital files immediately after payment, so before the end of the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the digital delivery begins. This applies to every digital product in your order; a bundle counts as one product.
Why this box is there
When you buy online, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period. A digital download, however, cannot be returned: as soon as you have the file, you have the full content. That is why a statutory exception applies to digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium. The right of withdrawal only lapses if you expressly agree in advance to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result. You do that with this box.
What always continues to apply
- Your statutory rights in the case of a defective digital product remain in place. Does the download link not work, is a file damaged, has the wrong product or an incomplete bundle been delivered, or does the content not match the description? Then we will fix it free of charge.
- Your consent is stored with your order and we confirm your order by email.
- Business purchases are not covered by the statutory cooling-off period for consumers.
Using your files
- Your files are for your own use, or for use within your own business. You may download them, store them on your own devices, make a backup copy and print them for yourself.
- Forwarding, sharing, uploading (for example to social media, cloud folders or chat groups) or publishing them is not permitted.
- Want to give something as a gift? Then choose the FOREFACT Gift Card, or order the product for the recipient and pass the files on without keeping a copy yourself.
