This licence explains what you may and may not do with the courses, ebooks, checklists, workbooks, videos and other files in the FOREFACT Library. In short: everything is for you and your own business. You may use it, fill it in and learn from it. You may not pass it on, resell it or offer it as your own product.
Version 1.0. Applies to every purchase of the FOREFACT Library and to every file in it.
You may
- Read, view and download the materials.
- Print copies for your own use.
- Fill in the workbooks, checklists and templates, and adapt the Word files for your own use.
- Use the materials within your own business, including with your own employees.
- Apply what you learn, and keep and use your own completed results, plans and notes.
You may not
- Sell, resell, rent out, give away or share the materials, in whole or in part, edited or unedited.
- Put your own name, logo or brand on the materials, or present them as your own work.
- Offer the materials, or courses, ebooks or products you make from them, to customers, students or the public.
- Upload the materials to other websites, platforms, marketplaces, course platforms or Kindle.
- Share your login, download links or files with people outside your own business.
- Remove or change copyright notices or this licence.
1. Who this agreement is between
This licence applies between FOREFACT (“we”, “us”) and the person or business that has bought access to the FOREFACT Library (“you”). By buying access, logging in or downloading a file, you agree to these terms. Questions: info@forefact.nl.
2. What you get
You get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the materials in the FOREFACT Library (the “Materials”). The Materials remain the property of FOREFACT and its licensors. You are buying a right of use, not the copyright.
3. Access to the Library
After your purchase you get access to the online Library on our website with the account you used to buy it. Access is personal. We may block access if we see signs of sharing or misuse. We keep the Library available for as long as we offer it; you may continue to use files you have downloaded under this licence after that. We may update, improve or replace Materials.
4. No promises about results
The Materials contain general information to learn from and practise with. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, medical or other professional advice and do not replace advice suited to your situation. We do not promise any income, revenue, savings or other result. Examples and figures in the Materials are illustrations, not guarantees. All Materials are in English and some describe situations in the United States; rules, taxes and products differ from country to country, so always check what applies where you live and work.
5. Liability
You use the Materials at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, FOREFACT is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or damage caused by decisions you make on the basis of the Materials. If we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the FOREFACT Library. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
6. Breach of this licence
If you act in breach of this licence, your right of use ends immediately and we may close your access without a refund. We may also take further legal action, including claiming damages.
7. Withdrawal for digital content
The FOREFACT Library is digital content that is delivered immediately. If you buy as a consumer, you agree at checkout that delivery begins straight away and that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal as soon as access has been given. Our general terms and conditions on this website also apply.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may change this licence for new purchases; the version that applied when you bought remains in force for your purchase, unless the law allows otherwise. This licence is governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to go to the court where you live.
